Hello friends and family,
What a year! Thank you to all of my supporters who helped to propel me to the National Stage this past November! I brought my best package to date onto that stage, and I have YOU to thank!
TEAM NICKI's mission to resolve childhood obesity (because everybody is somebody's baby!) is in full force, and gains more momentum each day. All of our talents are being funneled towards a health initiative for every person in the USA!
TEAM NICKI has been able to achieve results. Some highlights include:
Our Team is in the process of organizing a Wellness Program for the Fire Service, with emphasis on yoga and nutrition. These two elements work synergistically to optimize the Mind-Body connection.
On-going education on healthy lifestyle and inspiring a positive body-image for students in Junior High at local schools.
Coaching High School Students on Goal-Setting: both in the nutritional arena and areas of their personal lives.
Everytime I find myself tiring during a workout, I remember your kindness and generosity. GUESS WHAT?!? YOU KEEP ME GOING!
